The FloorX 500 comes with Dreame's TangleCut Scraper Technology. Dense, extended teeth press tightly against the spinning brush and slice through hair as it gets picked up, so strands don't wrap around the roller. No stopping to cut hair off by hand. That counts in homes with pets, or anywhere long hair ends up on the floor.
A 194°F wash cycle scrubs the brush roller much like hand-scrubbing would, and the dual-rotating brush reverses mid-cycle to shake loose stuck debris. Hot air then dries the roller at 194°F, which helps keep mold, mildew and odors out. Less upkeep for you, longer life for the vacuum.
The battery holds out for as long as 50 minutes per charge, enough to cover homes up to 3,229 square feet. Suction sits at 18kPa, so wet spills and dry dirt both come up. Everyday crumbs or a full deep clean, the FloorX 500 takes either one.
The body folds to 180°, letting the FloorX 500 slide under beds, couches and other low-clearance pieces. Its slim brush head fits into gaps as low as 5.5 inches and keeps full suction while flat. Heavy furniture can stay where it is.
A dual-edge brush system works along baseboards, corners and door frames, picking up dirt that usually takes a second pass with a conventional vacuum. With the FloorX 500, one run covers the edges.
